The historic Church of 1300 is dedicated to Sant'Osvaldo Re; its bell tower looks out over the Adige Valley

This sacred building of high historical and artistic value has its roots in 1377. The current architectural form is not the original one because the church has been expanded and renovated several times over the centuries: a first expansion took place in 1522, a second in 1798, a third in 1838. It is located on the top of the "Nozi" doss on the slopes of Mount Bondone and dominates the valley floor; at night it is illuminated and clearly visible from many points, for example by those who descend from the Vigolana plateau. Not being in the centre of the village, it was abandoned when it was possible to build a new church near the houses of the main nucleus: the new Parish Church, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, was in fact inaugurated in 1940 and isstill a true masterpiece of architecture and symbolism. Since then, the church of Sant'Osvaldo, after years of deterioration, was definitively restored in 1998, thus allowing its liturgical use and also that of hospitality for some events.

The church is visible only on occasions when it is open.
